This can help you to understand your problems differently and change certain things about yourself or your interactions with others.

A therapist can help someone understand their problems from a different perspective, as well as helping to change the way they think and feel about themselves and others. The aim is to improve someone’s quality of life, leaving them feeling calmer and more fulfilled. Each person plays an active part in their therapy and can go at their own pace.
