Work Placement Interpreting Training

Work Placement Programme

Our previous six-month, paid work placement programme provided service users with a unique opportunity to build confidence and develop essential office skills. Through personalised support and hands-on experience, participants were equipped with practical abilities tailored to their individual needs.

Each participant benefited from a structured environment that emphasized teamwork and achievement, concluding the programme with enhanced employment prospects and ongoing support from our team.

Interpreting Training

In our previously supported Interpreting Training programme, we offered three tiers of free training alongside work opportunities for service users. The programme featured ongoing support and motivation check-ins to ensure a positive learning journey.

For those completing the highest level, we facilitated a seamless transition into paid employment, underscoring our commitment to building self-esteem and opening new opportunities for our participants.
