Social Value Partnerships

For corporate, NHS and public sector partners

We help corporate and public sector partners turn social value commitments into practical, locally relevant and measurable action, working with trusted VCFSE organisations across London, Bedfordshire and Luton.

“Big change can begin with a local opportunity, a trusted relationship or a small organisation doing extraordinary work. When these strengths are connected, their combined impact can be powerful.”

One partnership, shaped around your priorities

Organisations come to us directly. We coordinate the rest: local insight, trusted VCFSE partners, delivery, evidence.

FM and corporate partners

Social value and ESG commitments on hard and soft FM contracts, turned into credible local delivery: employment and skills, community programmes, supply chain engagement and evidence.

NHS and public sector

Partnership across the whole journey: before a bid, during mobilisation, throughout delivery, and for learning and renewal.

VCFSE organisations

Properly funded involvement and delivery, skills and knowledge to become social value partners, and access to corporate opportunities.

Our role is to connect the different parts of the picture. We deliver directly where we have the right experience and work with VCFSE and specialist partners where they are better placed.

Social value across the whole journey

02

Mobilisation

Coordinating programmes, supporting employment and skills, connecting communities with opportunities and gathering meaningful evidence

04

Learning and renewal

Showing what changed, sharing the human story behind the numbers and using learning to strengthen future delivery

SYSTEM

NHS Charities Together programme

A two year programme, funded by NHS Charities Together, for people out of work across East London, Luton and Bedfordshire. 445 people took part. Two employment events, in Tower Hamlets and Luton, brought in 158 people, and 68 were referred on to employment support.

“The grants awarded across the year ranged from small local ideas to innovative initiatives, all making a real difference to people’s wellbeing and daily lives.”

RESEARCH PARTNERSHIP

Evidence, evaluation and research capacity

We also connect VCFSE organisations with academic partners: through our partnership with Students’ Union UCL’s Community Research Initiative, student researchers support community organisations with evidence, evaluation and research capacity.

19 community organisations were paired with UCL students between 2022 and 2024.
